The 30°C to 80°C temperature range makes them perfect for everything from preheating plates or keeping food warm, while you wait for guests - to proofing dough, slow cooking, and much more. These highly functional, sleek and compact appliances can be installed separately or directly below your built-in Siemens oven.

For tender and juicy results, sear your meat in a pan to seal in the juices, allowing time for aromas to develop. Then place your meat in the drawer at 80°C until its cooked your preferred level of doness, around a core temperature of around 55-79°C.

Proofing

Whether you're serious about baking or just enjoy the odd batch of brownies, Siemens warming drawers are a useful addition to your kitchen set up. Place your dough in the drawer at a low temperature (35°C - 50°C) to get light and airy results in less time.

Dehydrating
